Closest Airports are Sacramento (SMF), San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK)
Location will be near Pioneer, CA
Private passenger vehicles, such as car rental from the airport, is the best mode of transport. There are no public shuttles or buses available. Too far for Uber.
Though this is a very large venue with ample parking, please carpool!!! Search for ride sharing on the Facebook Group - there are plenty of people that always need a ride!
Yes! Sunday only tickets are available Starting at 9am PST and are available for $80 at the gate. Please bring exact change to speed up entry.
Can I come early?
We have a limited supply of Super Special Early Arrival add-on tickets that allows you to come early on Friday - you still need an admission Ticket. Please arrive before 10 pm Friday!
Plenty of car camping is available!
If you have a wrist band and you need to leave the venue you will be allowed back in. However-the venue is in a remote location, please bring everything you need for the weekend including camping gear, the closest store is more than 30 minutes away.
Do you have cabins on site?
There are no rooms or cabins onsite. There is not very much around in the surrounding area, the location is very remote. Camping on site is the only thing available, and it’s a beautiful location!
Please pack up and leave by Monday afternoon at the latest.
You can totally camp with your car! There is plenty of space at this venue!
There is an additional add-on ticket for an RV Pass for those of you bringing any camper trailer, RV, towable trailer, etc. that has black/grey water systems and that is over 20’. Several sites have running water and septic connection. No other utilities are available.
RV Passes will be available at the gate for $80. Please bring exact cash to expedite gate flow
We don’t consider Van’s setup with a bed as an RV so no need to buy an RV Pass!
Warning - Extreme fire danger! Due to the unpredictable nature of fire weather and the severity of this year’s drought, this event could potentially be canceled in the event of a wildfire or road closures. California is under severe drought conditions, and the fire danger is very real. The event may be canceled if there is a wildfire close by. Do not park on grass. Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground! We will be giving personal ashtrays to smokers and we ask that you only smoke when you are standing over gravel. It is a good idea to travel with a fire extinguisher in your vehicle.
In order to keep everyone safe, we are adding these guidelines:
Bring Drinking Water
No Personal Campfires
No Fire Performances
Do not park on top of tall grass or flammable vegetation
If you are towing, make sure your chains are at least 6 inches clearance from the ground
No Candles, and be careful with Incense
Bring or obtain a personal ashtray if you are smoking, dispose of butts in ashtrays only, ask for an ashtray at the door!!
Do not dispose of cigarettes out of your car to/from the event
No Smoking near Vegetation
Propane Stoves are allowed if they are raised off the ground on a table.
Report any dangers to staff immediately! Keep an eye out!
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending this event, you expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers, and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks. Please act safely for yourself and others.
If you are not willing to risk it, stay home. This is an outdoor event so social distancing is possible. Plan accordingly.
Please ask for consent from others before hugging or getting into someone’s personal space. Please be considerate.
If you feel sick, please contact us! It is better to stay home than to risk it! If you become sick or have symptoms of Covid, and you are a ticket holder, please contact email@example.com for a refund.
We are not allowing people backstage to keep Gil safe. Say hi from the front of the DJ booth.
This is a boots on the ground terrestrial event! In person! The Internet may not be available, but we may surprise you with a livestream if we have enough time to put it together.
Bring your best outfits and some really warm clothes! Nighttime in the Mountains in California can be VERY COLD! Daytimes can be hot, so bring layers. Bring your best costumes and onesies! Bundle up!

Yes! Kids aged 0-17 are welcome without a ticket, but must arrive and remain with parent(s) or legal guardian(s) at all times.
Update: we are working on a Kid Zone with fun activities for kids.
Please leave your doggies at home! A festival is not a good place for a dog. The loud music, strange people, other strange dogs, extreme weather, etc. cause issues. If you insist on bringing/sneaking in your dog, you will be asked to register your dog and keep them on a leash when around other people and other dogs, and clean up after your pet. What we ask is you please understand we are only doing this because too many people bring dogs and it’s becoming a big problem, not because we are trying to make things difficult for anyone.
We will have professional medical staff onsite and centrally located at the venue. If you have a medical emergency, please contact any of our crew.
Yes - We will have food and beverage vendors.
None - Be prepared!
There will be one system centrally located. Bring earplugs for sleepy time!!!
It will be cold at night! Bring Clothing layers! Bring drinking water! Think one gallon per person per day. Winter and summer clothes, food, your camping stuff, tent, a heavy duty sleeping bag and extra blanket, trashbags. Bring your HEADLAMP/flashlight because this is a campout with no city lights! And be sure to bring all your garbage with you and dispose and recycle of it appropriately.
Please don’t lose your stuff! But if you do feel free to contact the organizers here- firstname.lastname@example.org please note that we will be charging you shipping to send your items to you, but that can be arranged. Also give us some time to recover from the event to get your stuff back to you.
We are warning people about selling or purchasing a ticket to/from anyone you don’t know. Scammers (online fake profiles) are on the rise and will scam you out of your money.
We are not allowing self service ticket transfers. Contact us directly at email@example.com if you need a change or transfer on a ticket. To save time, have all the information of the ticket buyer ready. First name, Last name, and email. Please wait until the person actually pays you (if you don’t know them) before contacting us, scams are on the rise.
We are issuing refunds on a case-by-case basis so that you don’t have to sell your ticket online. Refunds are honored up to 7 days before the event on a case by case basis. If it is less than 7 days before the event, we can issue you a credit for the next event. Transfers can be done directly through us up until the doors open.
If someone is selling a ticket and you don’t know them - question it and let us know.
Please contact us before buying a ticket from someone you don’t know. We can also look up the ticket name to see if it is real.
Due to recent ticket fraud, we are requiring that each ticket be in the person’s name who is purchasing the ticket. If you are ordering multiple tickets, just fill out the name of the person it is for. We will be checking ID’s at the gate to see if the ticket matches the person.
General refunds on a case by case basis. If the event gets canceled due to Wildfires or an Emergency, your presale will be credited towards the next event. Please contact us if you feel sick, staying home is better than risking it. We will be unable to issue refunds after 7 days before the event, however we are happy to provide a credit to our future shows.
In the unlikely circumstances that some act of god (fire, flood, rain, etc) cancels the event we will switch the event to a livestream.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please, or display the eventbrite ticket on your phone. If you lose it we can look you up but please bring your ticket or app for faster processing. We will have a list of ticketed names at the door. Please bring ID and the ticket must be in your name.
