Once a team has applied, paid entry fee, and received an acceptance email or been added to an accepted teams list, that team’s registration is final and is not eligible for a refund. If a team is not accepted to the tournament after final selections, that team is eligible to receive a refund or be placed on the Waiting List.
If a team does not play a full game in a Connect Sports event due to weather, that team will receive a 25% refund. If a team plays one full game or more, no refund will be available.
