High School Summer School Virtual Course Offerings (LAUNCH)
Description: We partner with an online program called LAUNCH to offer a few virtual options during the summer. Courses are offered in the months of June or July and no in-person attendance is required. The students can work on the course at flexible times throughout the day, but keeping up with daily coursework is important due to the accelerated nature of the course. An online instructor is also available for live instruction during the day if a student needs extra help. These classes take 1 month per 0.5 credit hour. Students can take 1 class in June and 1 class in July, if desired. Please note that students taking PE will be issued a Garmin device that measures physical activity during their workouts.
