Accessing QC G Suite (Google) Account With a Personal Google Account Active in the same Browser (For Forms)

Note: If you are able to load the form, but not submit it Start at step 5, and go from there.
Queens College uses G Suite (formerly known as Google Apps for Education) for several areas including Google Classroom and forms. However, if you are signed into a personal (email@example.com for example) Google account at the same time, it can throw the browser out of whack.
This is particularly an issue when needing to fill out forms- have you ever been met with this error?
These are streamlined steps to access forms when you are met with this error.
Google Chrome is recommended.
Open a new tab in the same browser and enter gdrive.qc.cuny.edu in the url field.
If you’ve logged into multiple Google accounts in the past, you might see this page. You’ll be asked to select the account that you want to access. Click on the QC account you want to access. Sometimes it skips directly to the next screen, in which case, skip to step 3.
You will then be taken to this page, where you should sign in with the same credentials that you use to access the college wifi.
The username looks like:
If you have forgotten your username or password- logon to cams.qc.cuny.edu to recover or reset.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, recopy and paste the form URL into your browser
Do NOT just refresh the page- this will return the same error.
You should now be able to successfully access the form!
Sometimes, the form gets confused if you have another G Suite account signed into the same browser, which allows you access to the form, but not to submit it. In that case, click “switch account” and continue from Step 2
