C:        nature of emergency, check, clarify

P:        We had a rapid decompression.

P:        PIC 900, we ve got a problem now, The captain is unconscious now, we request immediate landing’2times at NOi Bai airport .

C:        any assistance?

P:        Request medical service and an ambulance on standby to take him to the hospital .
