The privacy of our customers is important to us. The only customer information we process is contact details you provide us through emails and orders placed and only enough to fulfill your order and support you.
Data we collect how, we use it and when we might use it to contact you
If you’ve placed an order, made an email enquiry or have requested technical support via email, you will have provided us with your email address to make payment. We will use it to respond to your query and/or provide technical support.
If you’re a customer, you will have given us your name, address, email address and phone number so that we can ship your order to you. Courier companies ask for phone numbers in case they have issues with deliveries and need to contact customers.
If you’ve made an email enquiry or have requested technical support via email, you will have provided us with your email address which we will use to respond to your query.
We store your name and email address that you provide to us against your item’s serial number to help deliver customer support. We store this information for as long as you’re a customer as product life is as long as a vehicle life.
We only disclose your personal information to the shipping companies that we use and otherwise won’t outside of legal requirements. We never sell or pass on customer information.
Customer rights in relation to data usage
Customers have rights in relation to our use of their personal data that we hold. These include the rights of access by the customer, rectification or erasure of the data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability.
