Academics

Planned and presented May HQI session along with instructional coaches as part of our Teacher Collective Efficacy work
Administered end of year assessments including Smarter Balanced, DIBELS 8, and iReady
Held regular instructional leadership meetings with coaches and interventionists including review of progress monitoring data and EOY scores
Participating in bi-weekly Teaching and Learning sessions with Dr. Rafferty
Held planning meetings for summer school using EOY data
Participated in transition meetings with LRU and DMS for incoming Kindergarten students and outgoing 5th grade students, as well as orientation visits
Participated in Junior Achievement in a Day with DHS student volunteers and volunteers from Fairfield County Bank on 5/23

Attend strategy meetings with support staff teams
Coordinated Staff Professional Development, monthly committee meetings, and book study
Completed teacher observations as part of the TEVAL process and held end of year conferences
Selected Irving Teacher of the Year with school committee and participated in selection of District Teacher of the Year

Met with Mr. Hoffman to update minor building improvements and check in on projects
Met with DEA Building Representatives for Monthly Update
Held monthly drill and debriefed with Safety Committee, as well as safety table top discussions during faculty meetings
Participated in operating and grant review meeting with Mr. Trainor
Participated in building committee meetings to revise Elementary Behavior Expectations Matrix to present to BOE subcommittee on 6/1
