Athletic Registration via Parent Portal

Guardians sign-up their child(ren) for athletics through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. They will sign each child up for the specific sport they would like to participate in during the school year (fall, winter and spring). After adding the sport(s) to your Infinite Campus cart make sure you “check-out” and click submit.

1. Visit www.arcadia.k12.wi.us/enroll “Athletic Registration Tab”

2. Log into your parent portal account. (If you forgot your username please contact your child’s school office) If you are a Holy Family Parent, contact Alexis Bisek, biseka@arcadia.k12.wi.us or 608-323-3315 x4103 for a username.
3. Click “School Store” and select your school’s store. (Will display middle or high school based on your child(ren) enrollment.)
4. Select the sport you want to register for. View all required forms and sign the acknowledgment.

1. Select your child's name for the recipient (one must be completed per child).
2. Add to Cart - Select each sport you will enroll your child in and add to cart.

5. Once each child has the required forms completed and sports added to cart click “My Cart”
6. Verify store items in cart and the name associated with the item. If it looks correct click “SUBMIT” on the bottom right. *Email receipt is optional.
7. Verify registration by clicking “Activity Registration”. Click current or upcoming. (check all children by changing the name in the upper right corner.)

Congratulations, you have successfully registered your child(ren) for their athletic seasons.

Nuevo para el 25-26, los padres/tutores inscribirán a su(s) hijo(s) en los deportes a través del Portal de Padres de Infinite Campus. Cada niño necesita completar el "Formulario de Inscripción Requerido 25-26" y añadir cada deporte en el que planean participar durante el año escolar 25-26 (otoño, invierno y primavera). Después de añadir el formulario requerido y los deportes a su carrito de Infinite Campus, asegúrese de "salir" y hacer clic en enviar.

2. Ingrese a su cuenta del portal de padres. (Si ha olvidado su nombre de usuario, póngase en contacto con la oficina de la escuela de su hijo/a)
3. Haga clic en "School Store" y seleccione la tienda de su escuela. (Se mostrará la escuela secundaria o la preparatoria según la inscripción de su(s) hijo(s)).

4. Seleccione "*Formularios Requeridos 25-26". Vea todos los formularios requeridos y firme el acuerdo.

1. Seleccione el nombre de su hijo/a para el destinatario (debe completarse uno por niño).
2. Añadir al Carrito - Seleccione cada deporte en el que vaya a inscribir a su hijo/a y añadalo al carrito.

5. Una vez que cada niño tenga el formulario requerido completado y los deportes añadidos al carrito haga clic en "Mi Carrito"
6. Verifique los artículos de la tienda en el carrito y el nombre asociado al artículo. Si parece correcto haga clic en "SUBMIT" en la parte inferior derecha. *El recibo por correo electrónico es opcional.
7. Verifique el registro haciendo clic en "Registro de Actividades". Haga clic en actual o próximo. ( verifique todos los niños cambiando el nombre en la esquina superior derecha.

Felicitaciones, usted ha registrado exitosamente a su(s) hijo(s) para sus temporadas deportivas 25-26.
