THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Prismajic?

Shiki Dreams is an immersive, interactive experience that’s geared toward adults but loved by kids. It’s like walking through a beautiful, mystical Zen garden where discovery awaits around every corner. Explore the experience at your own pace. Most guests visit for about an hour, and many choose to have a snack or drink at The Night Owls, our immersive cafe inside Prismajic, after to discuss their adventures and compare notes.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Colorado Mills Mall, 14500 W. Colfax Ave #359. We’re located at Entry #3 between Burlington and Yard House

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 45 to 60 minutes.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

The experience is accessible for those who are visually impaired.

Will there be strobe lights?

No

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, our cafe, The Night Owls, serves small plates, beer, wine, craft cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.

Can I take photos or record the experience?Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Shiki Dreams is a walk through experience, though there isn’t a lot of distance to travel. There is one room with a seating option.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Do I need to wear a mask?

No

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late we’ll make every effort to accommodate you for the next available time slot though we cannot guarantee availability.

Can I bring animals?

No

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes

Is there an age requirement?

No

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the experience is ADA compliant.

Is there parking available?

Yes, surface and structure parking is available.

What if the weather is bad?

Prismajic is an indoor facility and weather doesn’t impact it.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, firearms, or anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No, we don’t have wheelchairs for rent.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes, onsite ticket purchase is available.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes, there is a $3 military discount.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Shiki Dreams can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
