HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION        NAG 1 Curriculum

The Health and Physical Education programme will promote the physical, social, mental/emotional and spiritual development appropriate to our learners’ needs and to maintain this process throughout their lives.

The following procedures are to be followed by the school:

 Junior

  • Fitness 10-20 minutes a session.
  • Skills Based PE 40 minutes per week.

Middle

  • Fitness 10 minutes a day
  • Skills based PE 3 X 20 minutes per week.
  • 1 applied sports session.

Senior

  • Fitness 10 minutes a day
  • Skills based PE 2/3 40  minutes per week
  • 1 applied sports session.
