How to Submit a Rescheduling Request

Step 1
From your team page, click “Reschedule Request” in the top right corner.

Step 2

On the next screen, complete “Step 1” by choosing the game you’d like to reschedule.

Step 3a
If you are the HOME team, please check with your club rep AND/OR field coordinator to determine a date/time/location to propose and the reason for the change. Once complete, check the box to indicate that you have checked with your club rep/field coordinator about the change and send request to opposing team staff.

Step 3b
If you are the AWAY team, please complete the date/time and reason why you’d like to change the game. Once complete, check the box to send to opposing team staff.

Step 4
From here, the request will be sent via email to the other team’s officials with club reps copied. In the email, the opposing team will be prompted to “Log In” to the team page to respond through the online portal.
Here is what an example email would look like. Teams will communicate back and forth proposing dates/times.

Step 5

Both teams demonstrate that they agree to a reschedule by both submitting and hitting “Save” with the same date/time/location showing on both their ends.  Once this happens, an email goes to the club reps of each club indicating that an agreement has been reached.

Action Required | The rep of the club receiving the rescheduling request must forward the email to the league administrator and type “Agree to change” (or something to that effect). Please note that a reschedule agreement does not guarantee a change.

  1. This is a request only. The league reserves the right to final approval even if both teams agree.
  2. Games that create a gap in the field loading may not be approved (2nd or 3rd game on the field in a 4 game stacking-as an example).
  3. A change that creates a single stand-alone game may not be approved due to referee coverage concerns.
  4. With the above guidelines in mind (1-3), please begin the process with your club field assignor to determine if your game is the first, last, or a scheduled stand-alone game. If so, you may proceed. If not, please contact the league office for guidance.
  5. Game Change Requests must be submitted no later than Tuesday @ 5PM after the cancelled game.
