This Confidentiality Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement governing access to and use of the websites accessible at the addresses and, including any product or service developed or that may be developed by 2PS (the "Web Platforms") by any user (hereinafter "user", "you", "your").

By accessing or using the Web Platforms, you agree to be bound by this Confidentiality Policy, which is an integral part of the User Agreement.

To be able to offer you useful Web Platforms that really meet your needs, 2PS must collect a minimum of information about you.

Terms beginning with capital letters which are not defined herein have the same meaning as those found in the User Agreement.

1. What information do we collect?

  1. 2PS collects your information when you register as a Client and Consultant on the Web Platforms and when you visit or access the Web Platforms as a User.
  2. Personal information : 2PS may collect the following types of personal information so that you can use and access the Web Platforms, or for any other purposes stated in this  Confidentiality Policy:
  1. Global information: 2PS collects general and comprehensive information that is not associated with your identity to improve  the Web Platforms.
  2. Non-personal information: Whenever you use the Web Platforms, 2PS, its partners or third parties (such as Google Analytics or PayPal) may collect and store non-personal information from cookies or other similar technology, including in particular your IP address.
  3. We may combine certain non-personal information with personal information we collect. When we do, we treat the combined information as personal information if the resulting combination can be used to identify or locate you easily in the same way that only personal information would allow.

2. How do we store your information?

Your information may be transferred and stored on the servers of our suppliers in various places at once and outside of Canada. 2PS retains control of your information. We protect your information using the technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration.

3. How do we use your information?

i. In addition to what is required for your use of the Web Platforms, 2PS does not share any personal or transactional information that could identify you with any person or entity other than those stated in this policy. No third party, with the exception of those with whom you have entered into Service Agreements or with whom you share this information, receives the personal or transactional information that could identify you. The information 2PS collects is used to improve the content of the Web Platforms, to inform Users of updates to the Web Platforms and for communications, such as customer service.

ii. Communications: We may send you a welcoming email to verify your account and other transactional emails for operational purposes, such as the transmission of account statements, the management of your Client Account or your Profile or system maintenance. You may stop the sending of these emails by cancelling the User Agreement. We may also send you promotions, product announcements, surveys, newsletters, development updates, product evaluations and information on events or other forms of commercial advertising. At any time you may opt out of receiving these communications by unsubscribing, using the unsubscribe link available in every commercial email that is sent to you or by sending an email to 2PS to have your name removed from the email list or commercial registration database.

iii. Marketing: You agree that we may use your personal information to inform you about our Services and tools, provide targeted marketing and promotional offers based on your communication preferences and to personalize and improve our advertising channels. At any time you may opt out of receiving these communications by unsubscribing, using the unsubscribe link available in every commercial email that is sent to you or by sending an email to 2PS to have your name removed from the email list or commercial registration database.

iv. 2PS does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies for marketing purposes (including direct marketing purposes) without your permission. 2PS may, however, use and share non-personal information for marketing purposes, including, without limitation, marketing on other sites.

4. Sharing your information

i. 2PS may disclose personal information about you to meet legal requirements, enforce policies, respond to claims regarding infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person. This information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. As indicated above, 2PS does not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.

ii. 2PS may disclose personal information about you to its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, which may be located outside of Canada, in order to allow you to use the Web Platforms or for some of the objectives listed above. In that case, 2PS will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipients of this information will not violate the obligations of confidentiality related to personal information.

iii. 2PS may aggregate personal data and information on all or some of its Users and communicate these aggregations to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. 2PS will use standard industry encryption technologies when transferring and receiving the data.

 5. Accessing and updating your information

You may update the information you have provided to 2PS from the Web Platforms. If you believe that the personal information we have about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you may then ask us to change it.

In addition, you may request access to any personal information we have about you at any time by contacting us at If we have information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide appropriate means of access (e.g. by email). We may charge you a fee to cover our administrative costs and other reasonable expenses to provide you with the requested information. No funds will be requested, however, for a simple request for information or for any reasonable request for correction of your personal information.

In some cases, it is possible that we may not be able to give you access to the personal information that we have. For example, we may deny access if it interferes with someone else's privacy, or if it involves a breach of confidentiality. If that happens, we will provide you with written reasons for any refusal.

Changes to our Confidentiality Policy

Note that 2PS may modify its Confidentiality Policy from time to time. Any modification or revision shall go into effect immediately after its publication on the Web Platforms. Your use of the Web Platforms will be subject to the User Agreement version displayed on the Web Platforms at the time of your use. Your use of the Web Platforms following the posting of any modifications or revisions constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
