Omaha Craft Beer Bus Tour Day One

Explore all that Omaha (and beyond) has to offer when you criss-cross from Papillion to Elkhorn to Bennington exploring more than a dozen different locations including local breweries, tap houses, and beer bars! One price gets you tickets for both Saturday’s western excursion as well as Sunday’s exploration of Midtown/Downtown, which includes some of the city’s longest-serving craft beer locations.

We are bringing back an event from the last Omaha Beer Week with even more breweries than before! Time to celebrate Nebraska Beer, focusing on all those breweries outside the Omaha Metro including those who are now able to self distribute. Two dozen breweries and counting as we finalize the tap list to include as many as possible, keep posted to the event to see which others pop up!
Santiago's Mexican Food will be on site to grab some food before, after, or during your stop at Heights Draft Room.

Details: Test out that new beer glass with some trivia at Liquid Sunshine Taproom! Attendees will answer 20 questions at any time during the 2 hours, winner announced at 2:15 PM. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Scriptown & Site-1: Mars Attacks!
Noon to 12 AM
Details: Midtown Martian, a collaboration beer brewed here at Scriptown with our friends from Site-1 Brewing invades Omaha. It's a Franco-Belge style, a Biere de Mars, and was brewed with imported Belgian and German malts and hopped with French Strisselspalt hops. ABV is yet to be determined, but it should be in the range of 6.5%. You can find the invaders at both brewers.

This unique and intimate fest features one-off cask beers and barrel-aged brews from Nebraska breweries and local homebrew clubs made exclusively for this event.

We've partnered with the folks at Fontenelle Forest for an Omaha Beer Week event like no other! Join us as we tap two brand new beers brewed using the wood from a fallen 200 year old oak tree, and from 1-3 PM, we'll have two avian ambassadors on site! Orion the Great Horned Owl and Aero the Peregrine Falcon will the feature of a meet and greet and their handlers will be answering questions about these amazing birds!
All day we'll be donating $1 from each beer sold back to the Fontenelle Forest Raptor program so you can do good by drinking great beer!
