We are located in a commercial on the first floor of the Madison Mark Apartment Building. The Mark is kind enough to let us rent out their twelfth floor community room for parties up to 28 people. They charge us a $200 room fee, which we then charge you.

12th Floor Private Events have a Maximum Capacity of 25 Guests (subject to availability)

• There is a $1500 minimum spend (pre tax & service fee).
• There is a $200 room booking fee (in addition to the $1500 minimum, before tax and service fee).
• All events in the 12th floor common room of The Madison Mark are buffet-style.
• We love helping you design a menu!
• Bottled & canned beverages, alcoholic and non, available only. (Full bar access with buy-out option only.)
