Photography & Videography at Events & Subsequent Use Policy

Introduction

This policy is intended to regulate use of cameras  - still and video - at school events by parents, and their subsequent dissemination.

Policy

Parents may take photos and record videos on the following conditions:

1. Any recording is for private use i.e family and friends, only, and not for the general public
2. The focus of the recording is on the child of the parent recording; other children are incidental
3. Occasionally, there will be a need to specifically exclude a particular child from a recording; the Class Teacher will inform you if this is the case.
4. All recording will be unobtrusive, and from behind the audience seating area
