WASHINGTON AVENUE CORRIDOR COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

8/1/2025 BOARD ACTION BY CONSENT

The Board of Directors of the Washington Avenue Corridor Community Improvement District (“District”) hereby approves the following actions by unanimous consent:

• The Executive Director is authorized to sign the attached Public Relations Services Proposal from Joe Lamie and Ed Rhode by which the District will pay Joe and Ed $4,000 per month for six months for public relations services related to crime in Downtown St. Louis. This engagement will start in August, 2025 and run until the end of January, 2026. The total amount due under the contract will be $24,000, which will be paid from the Outside marketing / PR (cash) line item in the District budget.

• The Executive Director is authorized to contract with Eli Robinson for up to $1,000 in order to provide web design services to upgrade the District’s web presence and comply with the District’s obligations under the Missouri CID Act.
