Infinite Campus Parent Portal Set Up

IMPORTANT!

To set up your account you will need your parent activation key (sometimes called a person GUID).  

An activation key looks like this:

Do not proceed without your activation key.  If you do not have your activation key, contact your student’s school office.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Parent Portal by clicking the Infinite Campus link on the Wauwatosa School District website or by clicking here. 

Once at the Infinite Campus site click the New User? link at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2:

At the next screen enter your unique GUID/Activation Key sent to you via email in the appropriate box.

It is recommended that you manually type the GUID into the box.  Do not copy and paste from the email.  Dependent on the browser you are using copying/pasting the code may produce errors.

Make sure to type the code exactly as you received.  Typographical mistakes in the code will produce an error when attempting to create your account.

With the GUID entered, click submit.

Step 3:

On the next screen you will be asked to create a unique username and your account password.  Enter that information and then click submit.  

Take note of the password strength indicator.  Try to get the green bar to 100% to ensure you have a solid password. You can click the “i” icon next to the password field to see the Infinite Campus password guidelines.

Step 4:

At the next screen click “Back to Login”

Now you will be back at the initial portal login screen.  Here you can enter the username and password you just created to log into the system.

If you see a screen similar to the following, congratulations.  You have successfully logged in.

Please note that, at this stage, student schedules are NOT available to view.
