Online Dismissal Changes
- Please fill out this form BEFORE 2PM on the day of the change.
- EXAMPLE: Being a car rider on Monday for a dentist appointment.

- Please use ParentVUE for the following changes:
- permanent dismissal change
- EXAMPLE: Becoming a bus rider instead of a car rider for the rest of the school year.
- EXAMPLE: Leaving at 12:30pm for a doctor's appointment on Wednesday.
- EXAMPLE: Absent today for being sick
- EXAMPLE: Absent in December for 3 days due to travel

Lunch Procedures
- Lunch choices will be posted in the classroom each morning for students to view and use to decide what they would like to eat. The menu will also be posted in the classroom.
- Menus change each month and may be changed without notice the day of. Please make sure your child has a back-up option in case their first choice is not available.
- To check the menu, carefully check the following:
- Look at the top for where it says “Academies of Loudoun” and click on it to look for “Pinebrook”.
- Look below the dates and make sure to click on “Lunch”.

- LCPS is using a program called Titan to put money onto school lunch accounts.
- Register at https://family.titank12.com/ by clicking on Sign up today!
- Confirm your email address by clicking on the email verification link sent to your email address.
- Sign in using your TitanK12 email and password.
