Multiply Network is excited to be launching the
Multiplying Churches Cohorts this fall!
Thanks for expressing interest in these cohorts. We are working hard to plan and prepare to make these times together incredibly beneficial and productive. There are limited spots available, so don’t sleep on this opportunity. It’s going to be so helpful for you and your church’s multiplication journey!
Here is an overview of the Multiply Churches Cohorts (MCC):
Why are we doing MCCs?
Multipliers often get stuck, feel like they have to do everything, and can be overwhelmed with all that needs to happen prior to launch. Church multiplication is not easy, but we'll make it easier. Let us give you more tools and templates to lead your church into effective multiplication.
With the Every Church a Multiplying Church initiative, we want to help move your vision for church multiplication forward in your church and, collectively, create new disciple-making communities across our nation. By joining one of these cohorts, you'll connect with like-minded leaders, working to advance the Kingdom of God in Canada.
You already have church-planting ideas, and multiplication is already in your church's DNA because you have Kingdom DNA, so let's accelerate your strategy. Together, we can make a significant impact!
Who are these cohorts for?
We are designing the MCCs for Lead Pastors (or their designate) of churches planning to start a new disciple-making community before the end of 2026. No matter the size of the church you lead, we want to support your multiplication vision.
Each cohort will have 6-8 church leaders with at least one facilitator. We are capping the MCCs at two this fall, meaning we can only facilitate 16 participants. So don’t delay. Register soon if you think this is for you!
When will we be meeting, and how often?
The MCCs are a 12-month pathway, with one 60-minute session monthly, held on either the first or second Thursday of the month.
What's the flow of the MCCs?
MCCs will be structured into three distinct sections. The first four months will focus on the Foundations of being a multiplying church. The next four will be the Framing section, where we start to build out our specific strategies for multiplying. The last four months will be the Finishing section, where we will focus more on what still needs to be readied to launch your new disciple-making community.
Each month, we will provide you with a top-notch video teaching for you to watch ahead of time so that our cohort time can be spent discussing the teaching. At the end of each cohort session, you will have homework to build a strategy for the topics we discuss. The goal at the end of our year-long cohort is that you will have twelve started or strengthened strategies to support the launching of your new disciple-making community.
What are the costs associated with MCCs?
Although the cost of these cohorts will be over $2000/yr in future years, we are offering this first iteration at a discounted rate of only $1000/yr! (If the $1000 cohort fee is unmanageable, or the fall deadline is constricting, don't hesitate to let me know so we can see what we can do.)
What's the application process?
If you're ready to commit to joining a MCC this fall, please send me an email at paul.fraser@paoc.org confirming your interest.
I will follow up by booking a 30-minute call to share more details on the cohort, discuss your potential new disciple-making community, and answer any questions you may have regarding MCC. After that call, a confirmation email with payment and onboarding instructions will be sent to you.
Join the movement!
We believe we are better together and have lots to learn from one another. We also believe our best days are still ahead for our PAOC family as we take big steps towards becoming a multiplication movement again!
