What can I expect from the event?

IKONO offers sensory, immersive experiences designed to spark curiosity and creativity for all ages.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

How long does the experience last?

The tour at IKONO has no predefined duration. On average, visitors take between 45 minutes and 1 hour to explore all the environments and interact with the installations.

Are there closing days?
IKONO is open every day, including holidays, unless otherwise communicated.

What are the opening hours?

From 10:00 to 22:00. Last admission 1 hour before closing.


Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.

Is there parking available?

IKONO does not have reserved parking. Please check availability in the surrounding areas.

What is the IRIS Photo product?

The IRIS Photo is a specialized photograph of the iris of your eye, taken on the day of your visit.

It is an optional add-on product to your entry ticket and can be purchased online or onsite.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

For this event, changes are only possible for health reasons, notified at least 48h in advance in writing. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, you can buy your tickets both on the website and at the box office.

Can I request an invoice?

To request an invoice, please email us at customerinvoices@ikono.global with your tax details and reservation ticket.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 20 minutes.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue accessible?

Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated in an accessible venue. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Of course. Feel free to take photos and videos during the IKONO experience and remember to share them tagging our social media! However, make sure not to disturb other visitors and avoid recording their faces without their explicit consent. Access with flash, external lights, or tripods is not allowed.

Is it possible to produce photo and video material for commercial purposes?

It is prohibited unless expressly authorized by IKONO. Please contact the events team.

Is there an age requirement?

The IKONO experience is designed for everyone: children, young people, adults, and families. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.

Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
