Dual Diagnosis Worksheet: ADHD & Autism
- Identify the negative thoughts that you have about yourself regarding your abilities of ADHD & Autism (e.g. I cannot focus on anything)
- Think of emotions related to these thoughts and write how they make you feel (e.g. Frustration)
- Reframe your thoughts using a more positive and empowering outlook.
- Write down your strengths or positive aspects linked with ADHD & Autism.
- Choose an area you want to strengthen. Set a specific and achievable goal to work towards that area.
- Write down the steps you will take to achieve your goals.
