Hebrews 10:23-25 NKJV
23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:23-25 AMP
23 Let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful [to His word];
24 and let us consider [thoughtfully] how we may encourage one another to love and to do good deeds,
25 not forsaking our meeting together [as believers for worship and instruction], as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more [faithfully] as you see the day [of Christ’s return] approaching.

23 Let us hold on to the hope we say we have and not be changed. We can trust God that He will do what He promised.
24 Let us help each other to love others and to do good.
25 Let us not stay away from church meetings. Some people are doing this all the time. Comfort each other as you see the day of His return coming near.

Introduction:
Throughout the Bible, we see multiple mentoring relationships. Among them are Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, and Paul and Timothy.
The most excellent example is the relationship between Jesus and His disciples. In each situation, the leaders walked intimately with their disciples, teaching, training, and preparing them to be successful Godly leaders.
The students observed the discipline and faith of their leaders, which strengthened their faith in the Lord God to fulfill their purpose. Being surrounded by believers who speak faith and live by faith contributes tremendously to our spiritual formation. In observing their lives, hearing their prayers, and seeing their faith in action, we become strengthened to be able to believe God to do the impossible for us. Whether we are young in Christ or a seasoned saint, we must follow the example of faith set before us by born again, Spirit-filled believers in Christ.

THAT IS THE MARK OF TRUE DISCIPLESHIP AND WE NEED THAT IN THIS SEASON

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel [a]of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
Matthew 28:18-20 KJV
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

52 And the disciples were continually filled [throughout their hearts and souls] with joy and with the Holy Spirit.
CONCLUSION:
Lord Jesus, We are in awe of the gift of You, who left the splendor of heaven to be born in a humble manger. May Your selfless love and humility inspire us to live lives of compassion, kindness, and self-sacrifice. As we celebrate Your birth, our Savior, help us to embrace the spirit of giving, not just in presents but in presence, offering our time, love, and empathy to those around us. May the miracle of Christmas fill our hearts with gratitude and joy, and may we strive to walk in Your footsteps of, sharing Your love with a world in need, friends in need, co-workers in need, social circle friends in need, family members in need, and church members in need.
