Medical
- Provider: Blue Shield
- Plans:
- Blue Shield PPO 500 – Company pays 100% of employee cost and 70% of dependent cost. This is the base level plan.
- Blue Shield PPO 250 – You will pay the differential in the cost of the two plans (meaning the excess of cost the Platinum costs over the Gold)
- Provider: Kaiser Permanente (CA only)
- Plan: Kaiser Permanente Platinum 0/10 HMO – Company pays 100% of employee cost and 70% of dependent cost.
Dental
- Provider: Principal Dental
- Plan: Principal Dental PPO + Ortho – Company pays 100% of employee cost and 70% of dependent cost.
Vision
- Provider: Principal Vision
- Plan: General – Company pays 100% of employee cost and 70% of dependent cost.
Life and AD&D
- The company will pay 100% of the employee cost. Coverage for yourself up to 1x your annual salary.
PTO & Holidays
- 4 weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date)
- 2 weeks Sick Time (prorated based on start date)
- 1 week company shut down over the holiday season
- 11 Paid Holidays
401(k)
- Our plan is through Guideline and you are eligible to contribute on Day 1.
Other Stuff
- Cell phone- expense the % of your phone bill that you personally use for work up to $100/month.
- Internet - expense up to $50/month
- Learning- $2,000/annually for things like books, self directed courses and conferences
- One Time Home Office Allowance - up to $500 reimbursement for approved items for all new hires within their first 30 days to create their optimal home work space
Vaccine Policy Considerations:
- It is not a requirement to be vaccinated to be employed at Ronin, however, this does not extend to customer site visits, for which we follow customer guidance.

- We do require a drug test, background check and employment verification because of our partnership with health systems. Please let us know if you have any questions or extenuating circumstances. - We are a remote first organization and encourage you to be an owner to determine what schedule works best for you. We recommend allowing meeting time from 8-2pm PT (11-5pm ET) for company wide and cross functional meetings. 1:1s and other meetings are at you and your colleagues discretion.
