AleBrowar
AleBrowar are Hop Heads, and so are we!
As one of the Polish microbreweries that helped kick-start the Craft Beer revolution in Poland 8 years ago, these guys know their stuff, and they're all about Ales.
Their first brew was in 2012, after 3 friends with great enthusiasm to revolutionize the beer market in Poland joined together to brew some of the first proper IPAs in Poland, and most of Europe.
Michal from AleBrowar fell in love with Copenhagen the last time he was here for a quick visit, so as soon as he got back to Poland he booked another ticket with 3 more of his colleagues to share the Danish love.
Now we’re helping them reach the Danish lips and tantalise the taste buds of all those who sip.
I Am A Hophead!

Beers:
Kind Of Magic!
American Weizen | 4.9% ALC 11.6 ° BLG
Up first on the beer list is Kind Of Magic!
A light orange colour with a high snow-white foam cap ...
As you can see, AleBrowar made a weizen!
Brewed together with Michał Grossmann who has experience brewing some of the best weizens and Michał Saks, Brewmaster with a heavy hopping hand.
The classic banana profile gives away the style right away, but AleBrowar wouldn't be themselves if they didn't throw in a few handfuls of fresh American hops 👊👊👊
A bit of bitterness perfectly balances the characteristic Weizen sweetness and increases drinkability so that you can drink them in liters - MAGIC 🎉🎉🎉
Ocean Queen
DDH DIPA
A Juicy fruit bomb of hops and haze from AleBrowar and Maltgarden. Combining AleBrowar's double dry hopping skills and the new wave breeze from Maltgarden.
It has been hopped by the four most respected varieties on the market: Enigma, Mosaic, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin.
A mango a day keeps the haze cray cray!
In the right corner, ready to juice you up, is.....
El Fruto!!!!
Hazy Juicy Mango DIPA
It's a misty, juicy, double New England brewed with the addition of mango.
El Fruto was originally from the AleBrowar New England series, but was such a pounding hit with the masses they added it to their regular brews.
With malts from the Simpson malt house, this juicy stronger beer emphasizes its juiciness and fruitiness they added mango to it.
Sucker Up, It's Pucker Face Time!
This collaboration with BrauKunstKeller from Himburg, Germany is sour of Epic Proportions!
Imperial Herr Axolotl
Raspberry Imperial Berliner Weisse
Tones of Raspberries fill this Imperial Berliner Weisse, alongside a pleasant bitterness and a great hop aroma from Huell Melon, a new wave German hops variety
The beer will disappears from the glass at the speed of light!
Lightening up on the alcohol but keeping the sour and the fruit is the next fruity sensation from AleBrowar...
Herr Axolotl Guava
Guava Berliner Weisse
I don't know about you, but I love guava. I mean, I freaking love guava, and in a beer (my other love), it is my everything!
This beer is another collaboration with BrauKunstKeller from Germany and uses the ever tasty pink guava to give it an irresistible sweet and sour taste.
Aroma: fruits, hard candies; appearance: golden, hazy, white foam; taste: medium sourness, light bitterness and sweetness; palate: light body, average carbonation, long finish.
This will be gone before it is even tapped. Mark my word.
We thought we should probably add a dark beer to the bill, seeing as it's winter and all. So we opted for something with milky goodness and fresh in the kegs.
Mooooove over for:
Sweet cow
Milk Stout
A very delicate, dark top-fermented beer, which is extraordinarily velvety and mild due to the addition of lactose, milk sugar. Aromas: coffee, milk, chocolate.
malts - pale ale, wheat, Vienna, Carapils®, Carafa®, roasted barley, oat flakes; hops - Challenger, Fuggles; Safale US-04 yeast; lactose
Smooooooooth Operator
That's what you'll be thinking when you're sipping on...
Smooth IPA
Vanilla Milkshake IPA
Entering a new dimension of smoothness, Smooth IPA, a NEIPA with the addition of vanilla sticks is a light, hazy beer with a character worthy of a DDH DIPA and a very smooth body.
I hope Blue Raven has milkshake glasses, because this bad boy deserves to be treated smoooooooth.
Last on the list showcases the skill that has put AleBrowar back in the spotlight the last year, Double Dry-Hopping
This version is a killer featuring the classic big hitting combo of Mosaic and Citra hops.
DDH DIPA Citra and Mosaic
The name says it all.
An amazingly juicy New England DIPA, Double-Dry-Hopped with Centennial and Amarillo.
A real "fruit bomb" in the aroma. Smell of red oranges, grapefruit, limes and peaches.
Hop fruitiness with calculated counter-bitterness.
Despite such a disputed dose of cold hops, this beer is farking drinkable.
Fruity and juicy. Creamy full mouthfeel. Good to the last drop.
