Accessibility statement for

Cardiolyse Oy is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Cardiolyse Oy website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level A

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.






Doctor's dashboard


2.1.1 Keyboard

The user is not able to change between "Patients", "Groups" and "Records" tabs using the keyboard only. Also, buttons on the page are not highlighted enough when the focus is switched to it using the "Tab" keyboard button.

Dashboard UX is quite complex and requires a significant amount of work to be done to meet this requirement. We are working towards it

Content orientation is restricted to the vertical orientation

A lot of app pages include plots with ECG signal, and it is not that easy task to design an interface for horizontal orientation

Content requires scrolling in two dimensions when the width is equivalent to 320 CSS pixels
