Google API Service - User Data Policy

Once you connect your account with our services our application will have access to your calendar, inbox and contacts associated with your Google account, we do not share any of this information with any third party system and/or company.

Calendar information: We store your events from Google calendar on our database so we can access that data faster. Additionally, when you add calendar events to our application calendar those events will also be added to your Google Calendar.

Inbox: Email information from Google that gets loaded in our application is not stored on our database. Only when you send an email from our application will we store that information. This allows you to track interactions between you and leads that you email from our application.

Contacts: Contacts are imported and export to and from Google contacts if you as a user activate that functionality into the application. Importing and exporting contacts allows you to keep your contacts synced between our application and your Google contacts. Contacts imported from Google will be added to our application as a lead.
