There should never have been any need for an equal rights amendment, or a civil rights amendment or any other law regarding personal attributes, we are all American FIRST.

Before any God, before any Religion, before Nationalism, we are Americans FIRST!

That’s why our ancestors came here.

We have failed this because SCOTUS has never held themselves to their Oaths, they take 2-Oaths to sit on the SCOTUS bench and that is why America is where it is today.

So, even though identities were swapped and mixed up with fingerpointing both ways, this is history.
