Chicken Satay

4 chicken breasts, sliced length-wise so that they fit on a skewer.

Make the marinade with the following ingredients:

Whisk ingredients in a small bowl. Reserve a small portion of the marinade for dipping.  Set aside. Pour marinade over chicken in a large zip-top bag.

Grill or sauté chicken skewers over medium-high heat. Serve with dipping sauce.
