1. Meeting Called to Order

Cooper called the meeting to order at 1:03pm and initiated a roll call.

2. Public Comment

No public comment was received or heard.

3. Discussion Items

Paul Williams with the Center for Public Enterprise presented on ideas for development models and components for middle-income projects. The committee is interested in collaborating with Williams to do a hypothetical workout of proformas with current interest rates. Keolbel, Crawley, and Leahey will work with Williams on this. Others may still join this effort for the September Board meeting.

With all items discussed, Cooper and LiFari concluded the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 2:23 pm.
