TES Mini-Grant Application Guidelines

These grants are used for items or activities that go "above and beyond" regular school supplies and activities that are already funded by TES or TESCA. Examples include educational programs provided by third-party organizations, special classroom enhancements, and more. These ideas can be out of the box!

Criteria for Mini-Grants

Mini-Grant Application Process

  1. Complete the Mini-Grant Application. If you need any assistance with the application, contact the TESCA steering committee at tescaadmin@tes-ca.com or attend a TESCA meeting.
  2. Submitting the application form will send it to TES administration for review, after which it will be returned to you or forwarded to TESCA for approval.
  3. TESCA will review the mini-grant proposal at their next regular meeting. A TESCA representative will contact the applicant with an approval or request more information if needed. If the grant cannot be approved because funds are unavailable, TESCA will reach out to the applicant and TES to discuss.
