Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals: Terms And Conditions

Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals is Google’s free educational tools made available to all schools to improve collaboration and productivity between students and teachers.

Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals is free to all schools.

Please note that whiles Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals is free, there are some prerequisites and notes interested institutions must follow through in order to be approved and signed on  for Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals:

  1. There is a 10 day approval period for Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals signup. Please note that schools may or may not be approved for the Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals license.
  2. Ensure that all necessary documents are ready before interest is made. Documents include:
  1. Accreditation Certification
  2. Proof of non profit status
  1. Any educational institution with interest in Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals license must have:
  1. Working Domain
  2. Website
  3. Note that the inability to provide or complete these requirements can disqualify your institution.
  1. Interested parties after approval and sign up agrees to CLOUDPORT’s terms, conditions and charges which includes the following services:
  1. Setup
  2. Migration
  3. Training
  4. Change Management
  5. Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals accounts management

An MoU will be signed for this purpose

  1. Each Service comes at an additional cost if requested for. Prices are dependent on the number of users and duration of account.

  5. Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals accounts management (Optional)

Google For Education reserves the right to refuse sign up for Google Workspace For Education Fundamentals.

CLOUDPORT reserves the right to retract any services after an assessment before approval and after signup if education institutions do not adhere to the terms and conditions stated above.
