Colonial Beach Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program.  Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, or age, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.  Meals will be provided for all students attending Summer School from 8 AM to 8:30 AM and  for the public on a first-come, first-served basis, at the sites and times as follows:

Colonial Beach Elementary School

Summer Feed will operate from June 3rd to June 27th  for the High School and Elementary. Summer Feed will continue at the Elementary ONLY from July 8th through July 18th, Monday through Thursday. Meals will not be served on June 19th and July 3rd and 4th due to Holidays.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-0002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
