ICE BREAKER INMAIL

Hi Sally. I notice you've been {XXX} for a while. With April’s tax changes looming, one wonders what life after limited and umbrella companies will look like. We think it is worker collectives. Thoughts?

ICE BREAKER INMAIL REPLY

Yeah, there’s a lot of speculation at the moment on how things will pan out. I’m interested in worker collectives. How can I find out more?

Sure thing Sally. The collective’s goal is not to avoid tax, but to reward employee stakeholders for their hard work. It is a more sustainable model in line with [hidden]’s safe harbors.

Are you in an umbrella or limited company?

Hi Sally,

Thanks for connecting.

Have you been affected by the April's expense changes? {XXX}s have found it difficult to claim expenses as part of contracting. Our firm [hidden] is showing contractors how they can still make use of their umbrella expenses.

More on worker collectives

Hi Sally,

Thanks for connecting.

Worker collectives will outperform both umbrella and limited companies post April  expenses changes and the new dividend tax regime. And that’s without considering IR35 and further PSC changes due April 2017.

What’s in it for you?

. More money

. Less admin

. Benefit from the collective hard work of yourself and others

The new tax year is the perfect time to review your contract. Visit http://hidden to find out more about worker collectives or call me on [hidden] anytime. We've had a few join us from {XXX} already.

Regards,

{XXX}

Claim expenses post April

[copy]

Hi Sally,

Thanks for connecting. I’m sure you’ve heard that April's expense changes will affect pay rates offered by umbrella companies. Pay rates are expected to fall by 10-15%.

Limited companies don’t fare much better as [hidden] has hiked up dividend tax.

One alternative is to ask your employer to pay your expenses. Another is to think about joining worker collectives like [hidden].

We have a few {XXX} join.

Regards,

{XXX}
