PART I - Rules & Regulations

Purpose:
The purpose of the Qi-Gong Club (the Club) is to promote the health benefits of Qi-Gong exercise for members and visitors of the Chinese-American Association of Rossmoor (CAAR).
Organization and Club Structures:
Membership:
Founder of the Club: Master Gus Kao (高銓 大師)

Fees:
Class information:
· Time: Qi-Gong exercise classes are offered daily, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
· Place: Gymnasium of the Tice Creek Fitness Center.
· Dress code: To maximize the benefit of qigong practice, wear loose clothing and full length pants during exercise.
· Silent your cell phone during class.
Amendments of Club Rules:
Club rules and regulations may be modified upon recommendation of the officers and concurrence of CAAR.

2024 Club Membership Renew / Fee:
It is the time to renew your 2024 Qigong Club membership. Here are the guidelines of how to pay the Qigong Club due:
1. For CAAR members and Associate members, the due is $10 per member.
2. For Visitors, the due is $1 per class.
3. We only accept checks payable to K. Y. Cheng. Please write your email address in the lower left corner of the check.
4. Place your check (without envelope) into the box next to the class sign-up sheets during the membership drive period.
5. Alternatively, you can mail the check to K. Y. Cheng at 4217 Terra Granada Dr. #1B, Walnut Creek CA 94595
6. For CAAR members and Associate members, please pay your CAAR membership fee first at the Gateway CAAR mailbox.
7. Membership drive period ends on January 26, 2024. After that period, please contact Norman K. Y. Cheng for joining the Club.
