The legal basis for this processing is consent OR our legitimate interests, namely the proper management of our customer relationships.
  8. We may process information relating to transactions, including purchases of goods and services, that you enter into with us and/or through our website ("Transaction Data"). The Transaction Data may include your contact details, your credit or debit card details, banking information, and the transaction details. The Transaction Data may be processed for the purpose of supplying the purchased services (or goods) and keeping proper records of those transactions. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the proper protection of our business against risks.

In addition to the specific purposes for which we may process your personal data set out in this Section, we may also process any of your personal or business data where such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

  1. HOW WE WILL USE YOUR DATA
  1. We may use the Personal Information collected by us in the following manner:
  1. Estimate amount of users logging into the Website and usage pattern;
  2. Market to You, and provide You with information about, our products and services, including but not limited to the Website Service;
  3. Compare and analyze web traffic while sharing pages in social media prior and following the use of the Website;
  4. Use Your information to generate sales leads through our automated sales generation platform on our Website;

We process data outside of Europe and rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders.

b.    Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data: Notwithstanding anything elsein this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to the following types of your Google data, the App's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

  1. The App will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read,and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  2. The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
  3. The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
