All search results displayed are generated in real-time from publicly available online sources. You are responsible for obtaining consent or ensuring legal grounds for processing any personal data found via our search results.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Users must register and verify their identity to access software functionalities.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or breaches.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding privacy and personal data protection.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our total liability for any claims under this Agreement will not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period. HuntShare Ltd disclaims any warranty concerning service availability, uninterrupted access, or accuracy of results.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the software after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of updates by posting the revised terms on our website.
