2.2. We cannot guarantee the complete resolution of your symptoms or presenting complaints, as this may vary based on individual circumstances.

a. Any singular visit where treatment is likely to continue.

b. The course of treatment up to a maximum of 2 visits. After your initial consultation and your first follow up visit, it is assumed that you have had sufficient experience to evaluate your satisfaction.

5. Non-Genuine Claims

5.1. Claims for refunds that are deemed non-genuine, manifestly flippant, insincere, or fraudulent may be refused.

6. Public Disclosure of Feedback

6.1. If a refusal to honour the guarantee, based on the submitted feedback being considered flippant, insincere, or fraudulent, is made public by the patient (e.g., as part of an online review), we reserve the right to disclose your feedback to clarify the situation. However, we may do so in a redacted or edited form if necessary to protect confidential information.
