This SERVICE is provided by Honeybank Studios LTD (Registered in England. Company No 12680460) and is intended for use as is. This document is used to inform users regarding our policies of collection, use, and disclosure of data.

Collection and Use

When using TweetShift, we collect data, this includes:

If you’re directly using the bot’s commands and features:

Your Discord User ID.
Discord Guild/Server IDs of where the bot is being used.
Which commands/features are being used.

If you’re logged into Twitter via TweetShift:

Your Twitter User ID.
The various access tokens needed to access your account.

When accessing the bot’s website:

Your IP address may be collected by us.
If logged in, Your Discord User ID will be stored.
Which paths of the website are being accessed.
The user agent of the device used to access the website.

We also collect information necessary to running the service, such as information you input into our services.

We are required to store this information in order to provide our services to you. In addition to providing our services, we also use this information to improve experiences using our services.

Storage and Security

TweetShift takes privacy and information security as our utmost concern. We continuously review our security policies and undertake regular threat assessments.

We value your trust in providing us with information, thus we strive to provide its adequate protection by using commercially acceptable means. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Infrastructure Sub-processors

Honeybank Studios uses servers provided by third parties in order to operate TweetShift. Honeybank Studios owns and controls logical access (in most cases) to the infrastructure maintained by the entities set forth below, while these entities maintain the physical security of the servers, network and the data center. Servers from these providers process and sometimes store data inputted to TweetShift.

1 - For some of our data stored on Google Cloud, Google controls logical access to storage facilities, and data is encrypted via managed keys - However Google and their partners cannot read our data without our authorization, which they do not hold.

Live Chat

We provide a live-chat service on our website which allows you to communicate with our support team directly on our website. This service is provided to you by Crisp Chat, which collects information when you use our site and the live-chat pop-up. Hotjar Analytics

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services can only be provided to persons of the age of 13 or over. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If such incidents are reported or discovered, this information will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that the necessary actions can be taken.

Premium

TweetShift has an optional recurring subscription called ‘TweetShift Premium’, this subscription lets you access additional TweetShift features for a monthly or annual price. When you sign up for a subscription, our payment partner Stripe may store personal information relating to your purchase. Requesting or removing your data

If you’d like your data to be removed from our service, or would like to request a copy of the collected information, you can contact our legal team at tweetshift-legal-enquires@honeybankstudios.com.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will attempt to notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We may not always be able to notify you of any changes to these policies.
