Organizer

The event organizer is:

Represented by:         Zsigmond Marias - CEO, Event Director of Autumn Swing Challenge

As “Organizer”.

Registration

This year we only accept registrations of couples. By submitting a registration you indicate that you and your partner want to participate in Autumn Swing Challenge 2025. It is your responsibility to obtain the consent of your specified partner to register and to provide their data on behalf of them.

Waiting list

If you are a single Leader or Follower, you can register to go on the Waiting List. Registering to the waiting list does not mean you are actually registered for Autumn Swing Challenge 2025. We will contact you via email as soon as we can pair you up with somebody. Then you will have to fill in the Actual Registration Form.

Data and privacy

By registering you provide some personal data (name, email) which Organiser doesn’t disclose to any third party and handles confidentially.

Organiser uses the data for the following purposes:

Payments

All information regarding the payments shall be sent to participants via email after the registration.

Prices

Autumn Swing Challenge offers Party Passes and Workshop Passes. With a Party Pass, you are eligible to attend the parties and comps; with a Workshop Pass, you can also participate in our leveled workshops (6 workshops per level).

Quick bird: first 80 registrations (40 workshop + 40 party passes) until 15th of August

Normal bird: the next 160 registrations (80 workshop + 80 party passes) until 15th of September

Late bird: after 15th of September or if Normal Bird tickets are sold out.

Communication channels

By registering to the event participant consents to receive communications from Organiser electronically, such as e-mails. Participant agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Organiser provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Cancellation

In case of cancelling the registration, participant shall send an email to the info@asc-budapest.com email address. The date of cancellation is the date Organiser receives participant’s clear announcement of cancellation.

In case the participant cancels his/her participation, Organiser refunds him/her according to the rules below.

  1. Organiser refunds the fees using the same payment method he have received the payment. All transaction fees are paid by the participant.
  2. According to the date of cancellation, Organiser partially refunds the participant:

Transferring the registration

Besides cancelling the participant can always transfer (sell) his/her registration to another dancer with the following conditions:

Free passes are non-transferable.

Other conditions

Organizer does not take any responsibility  for participants’ valuables, assets and physical injuries.

Dancers can register in a couple for their secondary role in case they have at least one WSDC novice point in that role.

There is a risk of physical injuries during dance activities. It is the participants’ responsibility and decision to do any dance activity during the event. Do your best to be careful – for yourself and for the others as well!

Participants have to accept the decisions of the teachers and the Organizer during the event and especially during the auditions.

Participants (their image, voice) may appear in media (like photo, video, event DVD) the organizer or representative will record during the event. The Organizer can use these media for any purpose related to Autumn Swing Challenge or other artistic purposes in any form. Participants agree that these media are the sole property of the Organizer.

Participants must act responsibly and reasonably in compliance with the widely acceptable standards of good behavior.

Organizers keep lost & found properties for one week after the camp has finished.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes in the program.

The Organizer is entitled to refuse any registration without justification.

Participants are not allowed to record or take photos of classes, unless the teacher explicitly permits it.

If a participant fails to comply with these rules, the organizer is entitled to withdraw the participant’s pass and ask him/her to leave the event without refund of any fees.
