The Cosmic Forge is an obsidian
ring that phases in and out of
ethereal form like waves lapping
the shores of an ocean. When
worn, it becomes permanently
attached to the bearer and can only
be released if they are destroyed.
The bearer may snap their fingers
to conjure any object into existence
nearby, except for a copy of the
Cosmic Forge.
• 20: You conjure the object. It is
perfect in every way.
• 11 to 19: You conjure the object,
but the ring overheats, hitting
you for 6 HP.
• 6 to 10: You conjure the object,
but it is cursed with a random
effect of the Guide’s choice.
• 2 to 5: You conjure the object,
but it appears in a random
location somewhere else in the
omniverse.
• 1: You crumble to dust and are
destroyed. The ring falls to the
ground, waiting.
Amendment
Tsoki?
(One-time use.) This is a soft
brush pen with magic ink, like
a highlighter. When you use it
on an original document, like a
book of laws, you may change
the wording inside the book. For
example, you might alter the rules
of royal succession, or create a
law saying that people may not
own certain kinds of weapons. Any
changes made to the document are
undetectable, and the document
continues to appear in every way
as the authentic original. You may
modify a single document as much
as you want; the pen’s magic fades
when you are finished.
