NJCEC 2025 Conference Payment Information

 Payment may be made by:

Orders must be placed on Eventbrite under attendee name(s) for entry into the conference. Payment will not be accepted at the door. Placing an order is a guarantee that admission fees will be paid.

Update March 5, 2025:

  • Mailed POs and Payments will NOT be processed until March 17, 2025 or later
  • Scanned POs should be emailed to payments@njcec.org for quicker processing
  • Attendees may cancel their registration until March 12, 2025 without being charged
  • Attendee registration closes on March 12, 2025
  • You may register before PO is issued *as long as you can confirm that PO will be approved or you are willing to pay for the order

Instructions for attendees paying with credit card/P-Card:

  1. Place order through Eventbrite
  2. For payment, select "pay with card" and enter Credit Card information

Eventbrite securely handles credit card payment - NJCEC will never see nor have access to credit card information of attendees

  1. Complete order, check email for order confirmation

 

Instructions for attendees paying with purchase orders:

  1. Receive School Approval
  2. Register through Eventbrite and look for the option to pay by purchase order (P.O.). FULLY SUBMIT AND COMPLETE REGISTRATION (will receive a confirmation email).
  3. Prepare PO. Remittance address is below. Purchase orders should be paid by March 24, 2025. Include Eventbrite order number, name, or other identifier in PO.
  1. POs received before attendees are registered in Eventbrite will be held until the attendee is registered in Eventbrite.
  1. Send purchase order materials via email (preferred) or paper/mail-in.

This is the preferred method. Processing times up to 2 weeks.

Will be batch processed on or about: Jan 20 2025, Feb 17 2025, and March 17 2025 and as needed. Please note these extended processing times for physical purcahse orders as we prefer digital processing of purchase orders.

  1. Mail Payment: Payment is ideally due before/week of March 17, 2025. Please process remittance as soon as possible according to BOE policies.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued within 7 days of the event.

Purchase orders must be paid no later than 7 days after the event (March 24, 2025).
