This Unit We Will…

Math:  We began Module 3, which is all about fractions! We will spend the next couple weeks adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators. Want to practice at home? We need a little extra help simplifying our answers (ex: 3/6 = 1/2)

ELA:  In ELA, we read and discussed chapters 2 through 12 in Thunder Rolling in the Mountains. We also compared and contrasted the Nez Perce and the U.S. government in regards to how they valued the Nez Perce homeland.

Science: Abiotic and Biotic factors in Ecosystems

Social Studies: In Social Studies, we learned how the Nez Perce land was drastically reduced in size during the years 1855 to 1877.
