Where is the event?
The event is held at
Au Balcon at The Garage, 50 Cluny Park Rd, Level 2 Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore 257488.


Can you tell me more about the experience?
This event has been carefully curated between Fever and Au Balcon at The Garage to provide this truly unique and culinary experience. Guests will enter a darkened room with very minimal lighting which stems from the arrangement of candles. Once seated you will be asked to tie your blindfolds, then the tasting experience begins. Waiters will then serve you 3-course meals with vague, but intriguing descriptions. A true foodie experience that promises to enhance your senses by eliminating one of them - your eyesight!

How long will I be in the dark for?
The experience runs for 90 minutes. We do advise that you remain in the dark for the full event to experience the true and fullest experience.
   

How does the menu work? Do I need to choose anything?
There are three set mystery menus. You simply need to select your preference of either Meat (Red), Seafood (Blue) or Vegetarian (Green)! Please let us know if you have any allergies in the form provided so we can make the necessary alterations.

What drinks will be available?  
Au Balcon at The Garage has a fully stocked bar, including wine and cocktail pairings to suit the Dining in the Dark experience. Please note drinks are not included in your ticket price.

Does the venue take dietary requirements into consideration?

Yes, our kitchen can accommodate your dietary requirements with notice. Please submit the menu form with any necessary dietary requirements at your earliest convenience, to give the kitchen substantial time to accommodate them.

Is this restaurant halal-certified?

Unfortunately, this restaurant is not halal-certified.

How do I know where my table is?
Your table will be presented to you on arrival, with the help of our staff you will be taken to your seats. Our seating plans are done 5 days prior to the event, upon collecting your order forms so it is vital we receive your order forms on time.

When do I need to be there?
Please refer to your tickets to review your session time. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to your session.

What happens if I'm late?
We can allow entry if you are up to 15 minutes late. Any later than that and you will not be able to experience the full event and we can refuse entry at the promoters discretion. However, we will always do our best to accommodate each and every guest.

Can I leave the venue and return?
It is not recommended unless you need the bathroom. Your waiter will be at hand for all your needs and any drink orders you may have.


What is the minimum age to enter the venue?
16+.

Which is the nearest Botanic Gardens park entrance to the venue?

The closest entrance is the Bukit Timah Gate. Please refer to this park map for directions.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, the nearest car parks are at the open-air car parks at Cluny Park Road and Jacob Ballas Children's Garden.

Is the restaurant wheelchair-accessible?

Unfortunately the restaurant is located on the second floor of the building and is only accessible via a flight of stairs (no lifts are available).  

Is there a dress code?

You may dress as comfortably as you need to enjoy the date! The restaurant can get chilly, so bring along a jacket just in case.

Can I take pictures during the event?

We do not permit photography at this event as the menu must remain secret for future patrons.

Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.


I can't go on this date, will there be more dates available?

The event will have several sessions available with a variety of dates. Please note, there will be limited tickets available for each date so we advise securing your preference early.
