PROPOSED MOTION: “I move that the Board approve that the GM’s monitoring reports on Policy #3.0 (General Management Constraints) and #3.8 (Board Awareness and Support) conveys (a) interpretations of the policy provisions that are reasonable, and (b) that the report reasonably substantiates compliance with the policy provisions, consistent with the GM’s interpretations.”
