Forrester is looking for a skilled Project Manager to manage client relationships and members of project teams, resulting in work that is completed on-time, profitably, and of award-winning caliber. Our Project Managers take the lead in the overall financial management of projects, while also coordinating safety, schedule, and contracts. Strong candidates will show us they can take the lead in the strategy and execution of projects, and demonstrate the ability to cultivate relationships that yield future work. Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of progressively responsible general contracting experience, including at a minimum, verifiable ongoing responsibility for and management of successful single projects over 15M or multiple projects totaling at least 15M annually
• Ability to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem-solve
• Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated relationship-orientation to working with subcontractors, clients, and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, Timberline, P6 and Prolog
