Below is some verbiage you can include on your fair registration pages, for any fairs you host that are using our Meetings functionality. We have descriptions for employers as well as candidates/students. Feel free to customize, add, or delete content as you like!

We will be working with Career Fair Plus to host our upcoming <career fair/recruiting event>, to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for candidates and employers.
Using the Meetings feature with Career Fair Plus enhances the employer experience by providing the ability to virtually screen quality candidates, receive electronic resumes, and assess and rate candidates directly on a mobile device or tablet, potentially reducing the amount of paper you walk away from the event with!
When registering for this event, please ensure the email address provided will be able to receive mail from *.careerfairplus.com. You may need to contact your IT team to help add this to the allowed list of domains from which you can receive emails. Ideally, the email address entered in the registration form is your own company email address, which you check regularly, and with which you can set up your account on Career Fair Plus. You will receive an invitation to join Career Fair Plus on <insert Fair Launch Date>, at which point you will be able to invite your recruiters to the system and set up your schedules.

We will be working with our app technology partner Career Fair Plus to host the upcoming <Fair Name>. Career Fair Plus offers you the ability to pre-schedule Meetings with recruiters at the event.

Virtual career fairs are online 'events' that allow employers and candidates to meet in virtual environments such as through voice calls or video chat rooms, and offer a number of advantages to both candidates and employers! Employers enjoy lower recruiting costs through the ability to virtually screen quality candidates, receive electronic resumes and save time and costs associated with traveling to participate in on-site events.
