Please answer the following questions to explore avoidant attachment style:
- Did you feel safe and secure in your attachment to your caregivers, or did you experience emotional distance or neglect?
- Do you find yourself avoiding emotional intimacy or commitment in relationships?
- Do you prioritize self-sufficiency and autonomy over emotional closeness and intimacy?
- Are there instances where you struggle to express your needs or vulnerabilities to your partner or loved ones?
- Are there past experiences or traumas that contribute to your fear of dependency or emotional attachment?
- Do you find it challenging to engage in open and honest communication during conflicts or disagreements?
- Are there steps you can take to address and overcome avoidant attachment tendencies to foster healthier and more fulfilling connections?
