Please answer the following questions to explore avoidant attachment style:

  1. Did you feel safe and secure in your attachment to your caregivers, or did you experience emotional distance or neglect?

  1. Do you find yourself avoiding emotional intimacy or commitment in relationships?

  1. Do you prioritize self-sufficiency and autonomy over emotional closeness and intimacy?

  1. Are there instances where you struggle to express your needs or vulnerabilities to your partner or loved ones?

  1. Are there past experiences or traumas that contribute to your fear of dependency or emotional attachment?

  1. Do you find it challenging to engage in open and honest communication during conflicts or disagreements?

  1. Are there steps you can take to address and overcome avoidant attachment tendencies to foster healthier and more fulfilling connections?
