General Guidelines

一般注意事項

  1. The Autograph Session is open to ALL Cosplay Mania Day 1 ticket holders who have purchased JAM Shirt and are limited to (100) slots ONLY. JUNNA will personally hand a pre-signed poster to the participant. This is a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED activity and will only happen on September 30, 2023.  

JUNNAの渡し会は、「コスプレマニア2023」の9月30日（土）のチケットをお持ちの方、さらにJAMティーシャツをお買い上げの方100名限定でご参加いただけます。ご参加された方に、JUNNAよりサイン入りポスターを直接お渡しさせていただきます。これは先着順であり、2023年9月30日（土）のみに行われます。

  1. JAM Shirts will be sold exclusively at the Cosplay Mania Shop, located in Hall MG.

JAMティーシャツの当日販売は。ホールMGにあるコスプレマニアショップにてお買い求めください。

  1. Fans are expected to be on their best behavior. Any untoward incident that may jeopardize the safety of the guest(s) can and may lead to the cancellation or early end of the session(s), upon decision of the organizers, without any refund.

ご来場のみなさには、マナーを守っていただき、イベントスタッフの指示に従っていただきますよう、お願いいたします。出演者の安全のために、運営の妨げとなる行為をされる参加者には会場より退場していただきます。最悪の場合、イベントを中止することもあります。

  1. Cosplay Mania '23 organizers reserve the right to revoke access to the event and escort any individual out of the venue for unruly conduct or any individual who ignores and/or violates any of the rules without any refund. Any participant caught recording the activity, stage time and/or the JAM Concert can and may be evicted from the whole event and confiscation of the recording equipment, without any refund.

ルールをお守りいただけない場合、退場して頂く事があります。録音、録画に使用された機材を没収します。機材やチケット代の払い戻しは致しかねます。予めご了承ください。

  1. Titanium Cardholders and VIP ticket holders will have access to a separate lane to purchase guests merchandise in the Cosplay Mania Store booth.

「タイタニュームカード」と VIP チケット所有者は、コスプレ マニア ストアでゲストのグッズを購入するための別のレーンにアクセスできます。

「タイタニュームカード」とVIPチケットをお持ちの方は、VIP専用レーンのご利用で並ばずに購入されたグッズをお引取りできます。

  1. There will be a question and answer portion during JUNNA's interview on stage. Participants are allowed to submit questions they want to ask the guests by filling out the online form: https://forms.gle/Q44wZzyXj1VyRJ8x6. Participants are NOT allowed to ask questions on the spot and are advised to submit their questions beforehand.

JUNNAのステージ上インタビューでは、質疑応答のコーナーがあります。出演者へのご質問は次のフォームから受け付けます：https://forms.gle/Q44wZzyXj1VyRJ8x6 （英語のみ）。当日、参加者は直接、出演者にご質問をすることができませんので、必ず事前にご質問を上記フォームよりお送りください。

  1. The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the JAM Concert, stage time and autograph distribution session:

ステージ上インタビューおよびサイン会では、次の行為を固くお断りしております。

  1. Photography, Video Recording or any type of recording;

        いかなる機材による写真撮影、動画撮影、録音行為

  1. Requesting fan-signs and/or banners from guest(s);

        私物へのサインの依頼

  1. Screaming and/or Shouting;

        叫びや大声でお喋りすること

  1. Pushing, shoving or rough-housing;

        小競り合い、大騒ぎ

  1. Body Contact, unless Guest initiates the body contact;

        ゲストの体との接触

  1. Smoking;

        喫煙

  1. Showing of banners more than A4 (210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches) in size. Uchiwa fans are allowed.

A4サイズ（210x297mm）より大きい横断幕。うちわの使用は可能。

Schedule and Queuing

スケジュールおよび入場について

  1. JUNNA’s Autograph Distribution activity is after the JAM Concert on Day 1 ONLY. Once all pre-signed posters have been given or the end of the queue is reached, the activity will cease.

JUNNAのサイン配布活動は9月30日（土）のJAMコンサート終了後のみとなります。サイン入りポスターがすべて配布されるか、列の最後の尾に達した時点で終了します。

  1. As a courtesy for our guests, the activity adheres to a strict schedule. By failing to show up on time, you risk not being able to get the signed item and no refunds will be given.

渡し会はスケジュールを厳密に守ります。遅刻される参加者には、参加することができない場合がありますので、ご注意ください。

  1. Upon acquiring an accumulated amount of goods, the participants will be given a stub and will be stamped on their arm to indicate that they are included in the 100-person slot. ONLY (1) stub per person will be given. The stub MUST be presented  in order to enter the autograph distribution area.

JAMティーシャツをお買い上げされた100名には、参加券をお渡しし、手にスタンプを押します。参加券とスタンプをご提示の上、サイン会の会場にご入場いただきます。

Gift Giving Guidelines

  1. All gifts for the guests will be accepted by the staff on behalf of the Guest and will be provided to the Guest after the session. Submission of the gifts must be done in the Cosplay Mania shop until 5PM on September 30, 2023. The organizers reserve the right to screen the gifts for acceptability and to refuse to accept gifts when necessary. Please note that gifts addressed to individuals/groups other than Cosplay Mania guests will not be accepted.

出演者へのプレゼントはイベントスタッフが受け取ります。プレゼントはコスプレマニアショップにて9月30日（土）の17時まで受付けます。主催者側と出演者側の都合で、プレゼントを受け取らない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。コスプレマニア出演者以外へのプレゼントは固くお断りしております。

  1. Please do not give any perishable, edible, and live gifts as they may be subject to health, safety, and customs issues for the guests.  We will not accept any gift that may be deemed illegal in the Philippines or the Guest’s country of origin.  We advise you to avoid gifts such as these.

出演者の健康、安全を守るために、生もの、食べ物、動物、危険物は一切受けません。また、スタッフの判断により、お断りするものがありますので、予めご了承ください。

  1. For any exchange of Name Cards or Business Cards, the organizers will accept these items on behalf of the Guest. We do not guarantee that the Guest will be able to provide you with one in return.

名刺はイベントスタッフが承ります。出演者は名刺を交換することの保証できません。
