What can I expect from School Night?
School Night is the longest running new music discovery series in Nashville, the center of the music industry for the world. Each month, we typically feature 30-minute sets from four up-and-coming artists.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at The Electric Jane in Nashville 1301 Division St, Nashville, TN 37203.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue, with an outdoor smoking area.
How long does the experience last?
The event is 4 hours.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
Attendees are welcome to wear a mask.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Everyone is welcome to the event. We do not have intermediary interpreters.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Everyone is welcome to the event. We do not have options specifically for visually impaired individuals.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes beverages are available to purchase on-site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Make sure to tag @itsaschoolnight #itsaschoolnight.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
There is seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available? (only if we offer food)

Do I need to wear a mask?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
No.
What happens if I arrive late?
You can still get in as long as you arrive before the last set.
Can I bring animals?
No.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes.
Is there an age requirement?
This is a 21+ event.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Yes.
What if the weather is bad?
The weather does not affect the event as this is an indoor event.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, outside alcohol, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
You can purchase a ticket at the door.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
No.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for School Night can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
