Size F Crochet Hook

Make a slip knot around your hook, working around the elastic hair-tie make 38 SC around. You can make more or less SC to cover the entire hair tie, stitch count does not matter. I found that 38 covered the elastic hair band well, join to first SC, chain 2

Round 2: 2 DC in each stitch around, join, chain 2

Round 3: 3 DC in each stitch around, join, fasten off and weave in ends

You will really start to see the scrunchies ruffle and take shape after Round 3! You can easily twist and mold your scrunchies ruffles to your liking.
